How long does it take to get from the parking lot to the airport terminal?

The journey time is only 3 minutes, as the airport is approx. 800 meters away.

How much time should I allow for processing at the office and the transfer to the airport?

You should allow approx. 10 minutes for the handover of your vehicle and the transfer to the airport.

Where is the open space and your parking garage located?

The ParkenFlughafenDUS parking area (both the parking garage and the open area) is located at Kieshecker Weg 120 in 40468 Düsseldorf.

Is transportation to the airport terminal included in the price?

Our prices include the transfer from the parking garage to Düsseldorf Airport and back.

When will I be picked up from the airport on my return journey?

We track the arrival time of your flight via the Internet. However, it is essential that you call our service hotline on +49 (0) 211 440 340 00 once you have received all your baggage. Then go to Terminal B10 on the departures level, where our shuttle service will take you back to the parking garage immediately.

What exactly is the Valet Service?

Valet service refers to the handover of the vehicle directly at the terminal to one of our employees.

How does the valet service work?

Approximately 10 minutes before you reach the departure terminal, contact our service hotline +49 (0) 211 440 340 00. An employee will then take your vehicle at the airport terminal and park it safely in the parking garage or in the open area. The vehicle will then also be returned to the departure terminal after you have informed us by telephone and received your luggage. Payment is made in cash to our employee at the terminal.

How does the shuttle service work?

Please drive to Kieshecker Weg 120 and park your vehicle in front of the office to check in. After payment has been made and we have given you your parking receipt, we will drive you to the terminal in a few minutes in our air-conditioned shuttle bus.

What payment options do I have?

Shuttle-Service: You can pay conveniently with your EC/ cash card. Payment is made on your departure.

Valet-Service: Payment is made in cash at the departure terminal on your return journey.

What about the safety of my vehicle?

Our parking garage and open spaces are monitored 24 hours a day.

Is my vehicle insured during the parking period?

Your vehicle is insured for the entire parking period in accordance with our general terms and conditions of insurance. This gives you the security of knowing that your car is in the best hands.

Do I have to hand in my car keys?

The key remains with us while your vehicle is parked, as we have to park your vehicle in the parking lot, repark it if necessary and then make it available to you again when you pick it up. Your key will be kept in a secure place during the entire parking period.
