After making your online reservation, you have the option of parking your vehicle directly at our parking garage and making use of our free shuttle service. Alternatively, we offer our customers convenient vehicle handover on departure and arrival directly at the terminal at no extra cost. Procedure On the right-hand side of the road in front of Terminals A, B and C there are parking areas for loading and unloading vehicles. You can park your vehicle in these parking areas.

The entrances to the airport are marked with a white number on the glass doors. Please give this number and your name to one of our employees by telephone. In a few minutes, one of our service employees will pick up your vehicle at the terminal. You also have the option of taking advantage of our professional vehicle care or other special services. After landing at Düsseldorf Airport, call our hotline so that we can pick you up at the terminal within a few minutes or hand over your vehicle to you at the terminal. Payment\nPayment method: You can pay by cash/debit card when you pick up your vehicle.

Please note that when using the valet service, only cash payment can be accepted at the terminal!
